Returns & Refunds PolicyWe hope you're delighted with your purchase. If you change your mind, we're happy to accept returns provided the conditions below are met.Returning an ItemYou may return an unwanted item within 14 days of receiving your order.To be eligible for a refund, items must be:Unused and in the same condition you received them.In their original packaging with all labels, tags and protective wrapping still attached.Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.For footwear, the original shoe box must be returned in good condition (no signs of outdoor wear) and should not be used as the outer packaging.If your order included a free promotional gift, this must also be returned if returning the qualifying item. If the free gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct its value from your refund.​ Hygiene items (such as opened grips or sweatbands where appropriate) cannot be returned unless faulty.Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to your error or a faulty product.Return PostageUnless your item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to SX Padel.We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.RacketsFor hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on rackets that have been used.A racket will be considered used if:The grip wrapping has been removed.There are signs of play or ball impact.It has been fitted with accessories or otherwise altered from its original condition.Any used racket returned to us will be sent back to the customer at their expense.If you're unsure which racket is right for your game, we're always happy to offer expert advice before you buy.​​State that original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to your error or a faulty product.
