Orders placed before 1pm (Monday – Friday) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off or on weekends ship the next working day.

For orders of £19.99 and below a charge of £5.50 will apply

Additional charges will apply for Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight. Please allow 2 business days for your package to be delivered to these areas.

Please note that you will receive a one-hour delivery slot on the day of delivery, plus a notification when the drive is on the way.

Easy 30-Day Returns

You can return any unused item within 30 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund All we ask is that items are:

• Unused and in their original packaging

• In the same condition you received them

• Returned with proof of purchase (your order number is fine)

How to Arrange a Return

1. Email us at support@sxpadel.com with your order number and what you’d like to return.

2. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a free prepaid return label via email.

3. Drop the parcel off at your nearest Royal Mail Post Office or collection point.

4. As soon as we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 working days.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size, model, or item, just tell us in your return request — we’ll hold the replacement if it’s in stock and ship it out as soon as your return arrives.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You’ll get an email confirmation once it’s processed, and funds usually appear within 2–5 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a brief description or photo.Once we receive the item back we will then be in touch to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, whichever you prefer.
