At SX Padel, we're committed to offering great value on the products we sell. If you find the same item at a lower price from an authorised UK retailer, we'll do our best to match it.

Simply contact us before placing your order with a link to the competitor's product page and we'll review your request as quickly as possible.

Price Match Conditions

To qualify for a price match:

• The product must be identical, including brand, model, colour, size and specification.

• The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from both the competitor and SX Padel.

• The comparison price must include all delivery charges and applicable taxes.

• The competitor must be an authorised UK retailer selling genuine UK products.

Exclusions

Unfortunately, we are unable to price match:

• Overseas retailers or websites shipping products from outside the UK.

• Marketplace sellers including Amazon Marketplace, eBay and other third-party sellers.

• Clearance, liquidation, end of line or refurbished products.

• Flash sales, Black Friday promotions, pricing errors or limited-time offers.

• Prices that require the use of voucher codes, cashback offers, loyalty schemes, membership discounts or finance promotions.

• Bundle offers or products supplied as part of a package deal.

• Products sold through trade accounts or business-only pricing.

Our Promise

Every price match request is reviewed individually. While we always aim to offer the most competitive price possible, we reserve the right to decline a price match where the requested price is below our landed cost or is otherwise not commercially sustainable.

Approved price matches are valid for 48 hours and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount code.
