Delivery

Please note that we will be unable to delivery any orders between 19th and 28th July. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause but rest assured, any orders made during this time will be shipped on 29th July for the next day delivery service.

We ship all orders with DPD Local.

All orders received before 1pm (Mon-Thurs) are usually delivered the next working day. Orders received after this time or on a Fri/Sat/Sun are usually dispatched the following business day. 

​

Orders over £20 are delivered FREE of charge

For orders of £19.99 and below a charge of £5.50 will apply

(Additional charges may apply for Central London addresses located within the congestion charge zone, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight. Please also allow 2 business days for your package to be delivered to these areas.)

Please note that you will receive a one-hour delivery slot on the day of delivery, plus a notification when the driver is on the way.

Tracking

All orders include real-time tracking, allowing you to follow your parcel and update your delivery preferences if needed.

​

Flexible Options

If you're not going to be home, you can choose a safe place, redirect to a neighbour or collect from a nearby pickup shop through DPD Local’s network.
