Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn’t right, returning it is quick and hassle-free.
Easy 30-Day Returns
You can return any unused item within 30 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund
All we ask is that items are:

Unused and in their original packaging

In the same condition you received them

Returned with proof of purchase (your order number is fine)
How to Arrange a Return

Email us at support@sxpadel.com with your order number and what you’d like to return.

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a free prepaid return label via email.

Drop the parcel off at your nearest Royal Mail Post Office or collection point.

As soon as we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 working days.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, model, or item, just tell us in your return request — we’ll hold the replacement if it’s in stock and ship it out as soon as your return arrives.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You’ll get an email confirmation once it’s processed, and funds usually appear within 2–5 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a brief description or photo.Once we receive the item back we will then be in touch to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, whichever you prefer.
